All payments made through the TwillAndSage online store are securely processed through PayPal. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed to fulfillment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on your location and the payment options made available by PayPal at checkout, you may be able to complete your purchase using a PayPal account or available PayPal balance, a bank account connected to PayPal, or an eligible credit or debit card processed through the PayPal payment system.
In some cases, PayPal may allow you to pay directly with a credit or debit card without creating or signing in to a PayPal account. The payment methods available to you are determined by PayPal and may differ depending on your country, device, account status and individual transaction.
Payment Process
During checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal gateway to complete your payment. Once PayPal authorizes the transaction, TwillAndSage receives confirmation that the payment has been successfully processed.
TwillAndSage does not directly collect or store your complete credit card number, debit card number or bank account number.
Currency
All prices displayed on the TwillAndSage website are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your bank account, payment card or PayPal account uses another currency, your financial institution or PayPal may convert the transaction into your local currency. Any applicable currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees or similar costs are determined by your bank, card issuer or PayPal and are the customer’s responsibility.
Taxes
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order details and shipping destination.

Payment Verification
PayPal may occasionally request additional verification or place a transaction under review before confirming payment.
An order will proceed to fulfillment only after the payment has been successfully confirmed. If a payment is declined, remains pending or is subsequently reversed, please follow the instructions provided by PayPal or contact PayPal or your card issuer directly for assistance.
Order Confirmation
After your payment has been successfully completed, TwillAndSage will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
Please review the confirmation as soon as you receive it. If you notice an incorrect product, quantity, shipping address or other order information, contact us promptly so we can determine whether a correction is still possible.
Payment Privacy and Security
Payment information is processed by PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s applicable privacy and security practices.
TwillAndSage receives only the transaction information necessary to process and fulfill your order. This may include payment status, payer contact information and a transaction reference or related payment details.
Refunds
When a refund has been approved, it will be issued through PayPal to the original payment method used for the transaction.
For security and payment-processing reasons, we cannot redirect a refund to a different card, PayPal account, bank account or another person.
